How can I track my order?

All shipments are sent by UPS. Whenever an order you placed through Narutees.com ships, you can expect a shipment confirmation email with all your tracking details. It will be sent to the email address used during the checkout process.

What shipping speeds are offered?

On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility 2-3 business days after purchase. Standard shipping/transit times apply (3-5 days for the United States and 7-15 days for international). Shipping fees specified in US Dollar (USD) will be displayed in the checkout before the final payment step.

My package has been shipped but they have not delivered it yet. Why?

Please contact the shipper to obtain further status on your packages. The priority of delivery within the method of shipment chosen is determined by your shipper. We would always like for your packages to be delivered ASAP. If the shipper is holding them, please contact them.
