Narutees offers a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee. If you are not pleased with your purchase from Narutees, please contact us within 30 calendar days for a full refund or replacement. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Items purchased on Narutees.com are custom made and printed just for you. We cannot offer returns unless the items fall into one of the following categories:
Item is Damaged in Transit
Incorrect Item is Delivered
Item is Defective or Misprinted
The buyer is responsible for all shipping/transportation fees related to returning product. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
Narutees will only exchange items for the same item if they are defective or damaged within 30 days of purchase.
When shipping a returned item, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Cancellations
Please place your order carefully. You must contact support@narutees.com as quickly as possible should you wish to cancel your order. Our support staff will try to intercept the order before it goes into production, once it hits the production floor there is no way to cancel the order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, Narutees will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card / original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
